Any unauthorized us of Tanmaya® is strictly prohibited.

With respect to any breach of this Agreement in Australia, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia; the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the User agrees to waive any objection the User may have that Victoria is an inconvenient forum.

With respect to any other breach of this Agreement or of United States Trademark or Copyright laws, wherever such breach may be deemed to have occurred, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the State of New Mexico, USA, and the User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State or Federal Courts in New Mexico and the User agrees that the choice of forum is expressly reserved to Tanmaya and the User agrees to waive any objection the User may have that New Mexico is an inconvenient forum.
